Our sofas are produced in Europe by our manufacturers, who specialize in sofas.

Delivery times are listed exclusively on the respective product pages. Please note the information provided there, as it is non-binding and may vary. You will receive a call from our shipping company approximately one week before delivery. If this date is inconvenient, you can easily arrange a new one with them. However, this new delivery date may then take place 2-3 weeks later.

It depends on what kind of stain it is. For small stains, you can easily remove them with a damp cloth, a little dish soap, and circular motions. Otherwise, simply remove the stained cover, put it in the washing machine, and put it back on after washing.

I have a pet. Which fabric is recommended?
All fabrics are suitable for pets. Pet hair can be easily removed with a lint roller or a damp cloth. Furthermore, the fabrics are woven so tightly that cat claws can't easily pull out the filling. And should a spot or two get damaged, you can simply replace the affected cover and the sofa will be as good as new. Plus, all the fabrics are incredibly practical because they can be easily washed if your furry friends make a mess.

How do I proceed if I want to wash the cover?
How do I proceed if I want to wash the cover?
1. Remove the covers from the sofa (and possibly sort them by color)
2. Fold over the Velcro strips so they don't get caught on anything.
3. Turn the cover inwards
4. Place cover in drum
5. Add detergent*
6. Select the gentle cycle (30°C), adjust the spin speed to the minimum, start and wait…
7. Shake out the covers and ideally hang them up to dry in fresh air.
8. No ironing – simply reupholster the sofa and enjoy.

To prevent your cover from losing quality, we advise against using fabric softener and bleach.

To prevent marks and scratches on the floor, we recommend placing protective felt pads on the legs. These can be purchased at any hardware store. Over time and with use, the felt will wear out and need to be replaced.
Our sofas with wooden feet are already supplied with protective felt.

You can easily check the status of your order online at any time. To do this, go to our Order Status page and enter your order number.
There you will see all the important information about your order and the current delivery status. As soon as something changes – for example, when your order has been packed or handed over to the shipping company – you will also automatically receive an update by email.

You have the opportunity to view our wide variety of fabric samples on-site and take them with you immediately. Alternatively, you can order free fabric samples via our website and have them delivered directly to your home.

Hook and loop fasteners are always included. However, should you require more, you can reorder them from us free of charge at any time.

Every sofa can be ordered in your desired colors at no extra charge. Simply write this in the order notes and the sofa will be manufactured accordingly. Please note, however, that personalized sofas are non-returnable.

If the sofa is too small, you can extend it with any additional elements as you wish. If you'd like to order extra elements, simply send us an email with your desired elements, fabric, and color. We'll then create a personal order link for you so you can order your sofa online.

For the sake of the environment, we cannot offer a preferred appointment date, however we always try to take this into account as best as possible.

Delivery and installation are completely free of charge. Please note, however, that the road must be accessible by vehicle.

For the return of the sofa, the actual shipping costs will be charged up to a maximum of 300 euros.
Personalized sofas and covers are non-returnable. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples include different colors, altered sizes, or any individual configurations in the configurator.

If you would like to have your old sofa disposed of, you can simply add this option during the ordering process for an additional charge of 200 euros.

From the order date until delivery, we can store the sofa for a maximum of 3 months. After that, we have to deliver it.
