Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

Cancellation policy
For the sofas product group, you have the right to cancel this contract within one hundred days without giving any reasons. For all other products (except personalized products) the statutory return period of fourteen days applies.

Personalized furniture cannot be returned. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it differs from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples include different colors, changed sizes or any individual combinations in the configurator.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (livom Möbel ag, de@livom.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a written message via (e.g. email). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a revocation.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you. The refund will be made as soon as the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked for possible damage.

For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

You can arrange for the goods to be returned yourself or, if you wish, have livom Möbel ag do it for the sofa product group. The actual collection costs of the shipping company, up to a maximum of EUR 300.00, will be charged. Please inform customer service at de@livom.com if you would like us to collect your item.

Products that are delivered by parcel post must be returned or handed over by the customer immediately at their own expense and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of damaged returns from the refund value.

Guarantee
We want you to be able to rely on your new sofa for years to come. That's why we give you a 5-year guarantee on the sofa frame.
Covers, upholstery and all other components are covered by a 2-year guarantee.
