Einmal nachgefragt und gleich Liefertermin vereinbart. Exakt nach sechs Wochen kam die Lieferung. Lieferung, Aufbau alles topp. Und das Sofa ist exakt so wie wir uns das gewünscht haben. Topp zum Lümmeln, topp zum Schlafen. Jederzeit wieder!

Model Louis

Wir haben lange nach einem modularen Sofa gesucht, da wir damit sehr gute Erfahrungen hatten. Bei Livom haben wir genau dass gefunden - Model Louis. Es ist super verarbeitet und sehr bequem. Es ist so variabel, dass auch 2 Gäste zum Schlafen genug Platz haben. Das Konfigurieren per Chat hat besser geklappt, als ich dachte. Ich würde Livom immer empfehlen. VG Britta

Kulante Supportregelung, guter Service, guter Sofa

Wir haben uns für Livom als Anbieter entschieden, da uns das nachhaltige Konzept und die Flexibilität bei der Zusammenstellung der Komponenten sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lieferung hat leider deutlich länger gedauert, als ursprünglich angekündigt. Die Lieferung und der Aufbau durch den Dienstleister war sehr gut. Leider gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Sofa. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit dem Support, konnte aber letztlich eine kulante Lösung gefunden werden.

Where are your sofas made?

Our sofas are produced in Europe by our manufacturers who specialize in sofas.

How long are the delivery times?

Delivery times are only stated on the respective product pages. Please note the information provided there as it is non-binding and may vary. You will receive a call from our carrier approximately one week before delivery. If the appointment doesn't suit you, you can simply arrange a new one with him. However, this appointment may take place 2-3 weeks later.

At what temperature are the covers washed?

We recommend washing the covers at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle.

How are the sofa elements attached?

The elements are easily connected using crocodile connectors. These hold together perfectly, even children jumping around won't let the elements slip apart.

Can I reorder individual covers?

Of course you can reorder individual covers or refresh the entire sofa with a new color.
