How are the sofa modules connected to each other?
How are the sofa modules connected to each other?
Depending on the model and configuration, the sofa modules are attached with suitable connecting elements, for example with crocodile connectors or Velcro elements. The required connecting elements are included in the scope of delivery and ensure that the modules remain securely in place in everyday life. At the same time, the elements can be easily removed from each other so that you can easily rearrange your sofa at any time.

Yes, the appropriate connecting elements can be reordered at any time. Simply contact our customer service – we will be happy to help you find and order the right parts for your sofa.

Yes. Livo sofas are modular in design, so you can expand or reassemble your sofa later. If you would like to order additional modules, simply send us the desired elements, fabric and color. We will then create a personal order link for you.

Yes, you can reorder individual covers at any time. If you would like a new look for your sofa or would like to replace a cover, simply contact our customer service and let us know the fabric and color you want. We will then create a personal order link for you.

Yes, for many of our sofa models you can select different fabrics and colors for individual modules in the configurator. This way you can design your sofa according to your wishes – at no extra charge.

No. The backrests on the Mike sofa are removable. You can find more information about this in the video on the product page.

Yes. The covers of the Livom sofas are removable, washable and replaceable. This makes everyday care easy and you can later give your sofa a fresh look with a new color or fabric.

We recommend washing the covers at 30 °C on a gentle cycle.
How do I wash the covers correctly?
How do I wash the covers correctly?
Remove the covers from the sofa and sort them by color if necessary. Close or cover Velcro areas so they don't snag on the fabric. Turn the covers inside out, put them in the washing machine, add a suitable detergent and select a gentle program at 30 °C with the lowest possible spin speed. After washing, shake out the covers and let them air dry. Please do not tumble dry, do not bleach or iron.
For additional protection, we recommend using a laundry bag.

You can use powder detergent, mild detergent, liquid detergent or washing strips. To protect the quality of the fabric, do not use fabric softener or bleach.

No, in most cases this is not necessary. Fresh stains can often be removed with a clean cloth and a little water. Gently pat the affected area instead of rubbing. For more stubborn dirt, we recommend our Livom care products, such as textile or foam cleaner. If more thorough cleaning is required, you can simply remove the affected cover and wash it at 30 °C on a gentle cycle.

Which cleaning products do you recommend for stains?
For everyday stains on textiles, we recommend Livom care products. The textile cleaner is suitable for stubborn water- and oil-based stains and is bleach-free. The foam cleaner can be used on many typical stains such as coffee, red wine, soft drinks, jam, fruits and berries. Please always follow the application instructions on the product and test the cleaner first on an inconspicuous area.

In principle, all Livo fabrics are suitable for households with pets. Our covers are robust, easy to care for, removable and washable. Pet hair can usually be easily removed with a lint roller or a damp cloth. If a cover is damaged or very dirty, you can reorder it individually and replace it.

Yes. We do not use any animal materials in the manufacture of our products.
How can I protect my floor from marks and scratches?
How can I protect my floor from marks and scratches?
To avoid marks and scratches, we recommend protective pads or felt pads under the sofa feet. You can find these at most hardware stores and should replace them over time as they become worn. Sofas with wooden feet come with felt gliders.

How does scheduling an appointment for delivery work?

As soon as your sofa has arrived at the shipping company's warehouse and the delivery routes have been planned, you will receive an email or a call about a week before delivery to make an appointment. If the suggested date does not suit you, you can arrange a new delivery date directly with the shipping company. Please note that this may delay delivery by approximately 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact desired delivery date. However, you are welcome to let us know your preferred delivery period in the order note or via our customer service.
We try to take your wishes into account as best as possible when planning. Since our shipping companies bundle deliveries regionally and plan their routes efficiently, the final delivery date may vary. This approach helps us to avoid unnecessary journeys and to make deliveries as sustainable as possible.

Delivery and assembly are free of charge for you. Our assembly teams deliver your sofa directly to your home and assemble it professionally on site.
Please make sure that the delivery address and the access for delivery are sufficiently accessible. If there are any special circumstances, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the delivery optimally.

Yes. If you would like to have your old sofa disposed of, you can add this service during the ordering process for an additional fee of €200.

Yes, of course. After completion, we can store your sofa free of charge for you for up to 3 months from the order date.
If you would like delivery at a later date, please let us know your desired delivery period directly in the order note or inform our customer service. This is the only way we can take this into account when planning.
Please note that delivery must take place within 3 months of the order date at the latest.

For returns, the actual shipping costs will be charged up to a maximum of €300. Please make sure the street is accessible so our team can collect the sofa.
Personalized sofas and covers are excluded from the right of return. A sofa is considered personalized if it differs from the standard version on the Livom website. This includes, for example, other colors, adjusted dimensions or individual configurations from the configurator.
